The public transport network in Cluj is operated by Compania de Transport Public Cluj-Napoca (CTP). It covers the city proper and a few commuter lines reaching Florești, Apahida and other metro-area towns.
Tickets
- Single ride — valid for 60 minutes on any combination of lines.
- Daily pass — unlimited rides for 24 hours.
- Monthly pass — significant discount for students, pensioners and long-term residents. Requires a personalized card.
How to buy
- CTP Cluj app — buy single tickets or passes directly on your phone.
- Ticket kiosks near major stops.
- Contactless on board — some vehicles accept tap-to-pay with a bank card.
